Woodturning by
woodturner Rod Page is featured on this site.
My approach to woodturning is to use interesting sections of timber,
many having burrs, bark inclusions, wild grain patterns or
spalting to produce finely finished pieces.
My woodturning produces mainly one-off pieces, some quite large, the
largest hollow form to date being 20 x 60 cm and largest bowl 61 x 42
cm.
I make bowls, hollow forms, vases and table lamps all by woodturning.
I have a selection of available items on the For Sale
pages, alternatively you can contact me to arrange a commision.
To produce the woodturning
I use a WivaMac bowl turning lathe and a Jet 1642 lathe.
Some examples of my woodturning are shown below and many more on the
following pages. Please feel free to contact me about any aspect of
woodturning via my contact page.
